Taste and See that God is Good

A Jewish Cleanse Workshop

June 4-10, 2007
Co-sponsored by Hazon and Kehilat Romemu

Learn how your daily meals can become a spiritual practice feeding both body and soul.  This workshop will integrate Jewish spiritual insights with The Heart of Nourishment Cleanse developed by nourishment pioneer Halé Sofia Schatz.*

In this supportive group experience participants will have the opportunity to cleanse their body of toxins, focus on wholistic intentions, and learn to listen to the body’s divine wisdom. Experience how good one can feel when you nourish yourself with simple, whole foods in the appropriate combinations.

The class will use meditation, movement, journaling, and exploration of Jewish texts to help transform our relationship to food, the body, environment, and the source of life.

*This cleanse is not appropriate for pregnant or nursing women or anybody with a serious illness. For details about the cleanse visit http://heartofnourishment.com/
